I don’t usually take the time to write reviews especially positive ones but my experience here truly deserves it. From my very first visit, I felt genuinely welcomed. The communication was excellent; everything was explained clearly, patiently, and in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. The level of hospitality made me feel like I was at home, not just in a dental office. Dr. J was an outstanding listener. She treated me as a human being who simply needed relief from pain—not just as another case or transaction. I really appreciated that she did not try to oversell unnecessary services. Instead, she was very transparent and careful about explaining costs with my insurance before moving forward with anything. That kind of honesty is rare and highly valued. Angela, the assistant, was also amazing friendly, professional, and great at creating a positive atmosphere. She takes the time to connect with patients and keeps the energy light and comfortable, which makes a big difference. The front desk staff were just as welcoming and kind. Honestly, the entire team is fantastic. One more thing that stood out: they never once asked me to leave a 5-star review, which is something many places do. Ironically, that’s exactly what made me want to write one. Their authenticity and the way they treat patients speak for themselves.
